Dr. Mariah Jeffery brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and real estate passion to every client relationship.
With a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, she began her career as a Global Business
Services Consultant at IBM before pursuing real estate full-time.
A seasoned investor since purchasing her first property at 19, Mariah has built a diverse portfolio — once owning 31 residential units and successfully transitioning into retail, office, medical, and industrial commercial properties through multiple 1031 exchanges. Recognized as the #2 Coldwell Banker agent in Wyoming (2024), she also holds the prestigious CCIM designation — a credential earned by only about 4% of commercial real estate practitioners.
An avid runner and triathlete, Mariah has completed all six World Marathon Majors (Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York City) plus the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon. She lives in Cheyenne with her husband, daughter, and their lab mix.
